Treatments

Sessions are for relaxation and muscle relief. They are not a medical diagnosis. Ask for lighter or firmer pressure at any time.

Deep tissue

Slow work on tight shoulders, lower back and legs after sitting or training.

Swedish

Long gliding strokes for circulation and general recovery.

Hot stone

Warmed stones along the back with massage for stiffness.

Aromatherapy & hot oil

Scented or warmed oil at a calmer pace for relaxation.

Sport

Training recovery for legs and back. This is not a physiotherapy clinic.

Thai & reflexology

Thai stretching on a mat or table, and focused foot reflexology.

Prenatal or postnatal work is offered only after you share pregnancy stage and any medical advice. The session fee is confirmed on the call, before the appointment.
